Some are unrealistic with their expectations of a backup catcher's hitting ability. I guess fuck that guy if he can't hit .300

I could care less if the backup C hits north of .250 ... but Torrealba has the defensive talent of a Serta matress behind the plate with historically a little better than average throw out rate.

Along with Benji-like mobility ... I don't think he's very adept at managing the pitcher and calling the game.

And yea ... both Harrison and Holland had issues the other night ... and I am also guilty of piling on YT whenever given reason. I fall into a groove and rant about the same things about him that drive me crazy every time out.

Saw that after posting. Thanks for pointing it out.

I was going to say "a refrigerator" ... but Al already has dibs on that comparison. Serta matress provides the visual of an object that stuff bounces off and isn't very agile. That's what I was going for there.
