Rua is still getting it back together. I mean he wasn't even hitting 200 at AAA.

Yeah I hoped they'd give him a bit more time to get his swing back, but it seems they are willing to let him try and work through it at the ML level. Desperate, I don't think id call it that but they are short on RH bats and the outfield depth is a bit lacking now. I think they hope Ryan is here in the future and Smo is probably seen as trade bait or an emergency outfield call up

He might. Question is, would we be in a position to do it with the money we'll inevitably have tied up in Choo and Fielder? Not to mention taking a run at re-signing Darvish.

Greinke
Darvish
Holland
Chi chi
Perez

It moved a little.....

I'm afraid Darvish is a goner, I just don't see them paying the 30 million per its gonna take to sign him

Might get him for slightly less if we get him before FA. Maybe 25 mil a year, or a bit less by buying out some remaining years on his current deal.

Would you take Darvish over Greinke? Not trying to make a statement just asking.

They better get to it, I think if it gets close he will be gone. They should make him an offer and if he doesn't take it, they might have to see what they could get for him before they end up without him and nothing in return. Obviously you can't move him now however, but maybe by next AS break or something

I still can't get over the play Alberto made with the bases loaded.

Next AS break is way too early. Let's see how he comes back from surgery first.

Yeah it's 2017 his contract runs through, thought it was 2016

I say if he comes back strong, then get him re-signed next season and buy out his teaming years.

We were discussing Michael Choice just yesterday.

LF Michael Choice continued his gradual recovery with a two-hit game. Choice has 12 hits in last last 33 at-bats, raising his average to .231.

And some "not-so-encouraging-news" on Harrison.

That's flat out retarded by the opposing team. Harry is trying to get back to the bigs. You think he's gives a flying fuck about "sending a message" in a minor league rehab game?
