I want to personally thank Ventura for being a moron. We definitely stole one. Any time, in any way that you can take 2 of 3 form Kershaw, Grienke, and Sale you have to be excited. It doesn't get much easier tomorrow.

He might. Question is, would we be in a position to do it with the money we'll inevitably have tied up in Choo and Fielder? Not to mention taking a run at re-signing Darvish.

Very true. I'm obviously not down on the kid, and we all knew these times would come. I think he's probably got the mental toughness to work through it, but he's got some work to do. They're definitely not trying to ease him in in any way, shape or form though.

With Blanks not healthy we are desperate. But hopefully Rua gets that good swing back and starts making that hard contact like he was doing before.

The Rangers arrived to Chicago at 7 am a very tired team and they just won a game where the opposing team had the best left handed pitcher in the game ( over the last few weeks not overall) and they win? Damn... This is crazy. Chicago is a wounded team, they've scored 5 runs in the last 5 games. Hopefully this win energizes the team and they take it to the Sox.
