Even the Angels announcers are saying that Homeplate call was BS, and he was out. Giminez was trying to get into a different position because the ball was coming from foul territory, and he did peel his right leg back to give him the plate.
and the catcher gets an error, that's my favorite part of it all.


Anyway that's a nice play by Yu. Not every pitcher makes a smooth throw from that position.

Angels announcers are saying before the game Washington was more mad then they've ever seen him. He was livid about the strike zone, still. And they are again, not really disagreeing with Washington.
Besides Detroit, these announcers have been more than fair about the Rangers, they have also covered all the injuries of the Rangers, and called the team "decimated".
