How will you feel if we give Seattle a top 5 pick?
Do you think Hackett is one and done if he drops jets or Jax game?

This.

One of Wilson's best weapons was his mobility and throws on the move. I think to some degree that's starting to go, but Wilson was never a great pocket passer. He was one of the best QBs of all time playing backyard football... scrambling/running around and buying time and IMO had the best deep ball in the league.

Something is off this year.... He's not scrambling much and IMO he lost a step in 2019 (I think it was 19') when Suh got him an ankle injury and the pec/finger issue is affecting his deep ball.

It might just be that Wilson is injured, but wondering if Seattle successfully sold a lemon to Denver.
He stopped wanting to scramble last year

Russell a vet QB. Hackett a rookie HC... Is there some sort of struggle to keep Wilson happy and this is impacting some things with this team right now? These two need to sit down and talk and have a heart to heart about what is going on.
So what is the bottom line with Russ? Prima Donna? Lots of people piling on that would seem to have a clue on the subject. Lots of tape broken down of him not even seeing wide open targets.

I hoped Wilson was the answer, but realize now I have never been a fan of his. Even in his best years. I do wish him the very best while cashing Broncos checks though.

I'm game - when you have the best deep throwing qb in the league - exploit it. A couple of bombs - and all of a sudden the run game cranks up.
Well, this never happened.

Sucks we are giving Seattle a high pick but I accepted that about 8 weeks ago and have moved on. It is what it is. Better then us giving someone in our conference a high pick at least it is Seattle if there is any silver lining.

I would gladly take Noah Fant over any TE we have not named Greg Dulcich.

Not saying much there. Even I would agree with that. I am mildly shocked at the season that Albert O had.

At least we may not have to care about the spelling of his last name after this season.

Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Aaron Rogers - and all the way back to John Elway - all great QBs who wanted more control of how the offense works as they became franchise QBs. Now we have Russell Wilson doing that same thing.

i admire Russell Wilson for really putting himself on the line - about what he wants in a QB opportunity. This not a situation where a famous QB is coming in under a big new contract - and we have to find out if he still has the competitive spirit, the drive and the emotional wellspring to get better. Russell Wilson is coming to Denver and is betting on himself to succeed. The cool thing is Russell Wilson spreads the confidence that he doesn't have anything to lose.

We know by this Wilson brings the commitment to succeed. Is the atmosphere there to give Wilson what he wants to perform? It is certainly what Hackett preaches.
Is the talent there to make it happen? Certainly, the offensive skill positions are top draw.

Like Russell Wilson says; "Let's Ride."
what if i told you as a parting shot out the door , Hackett did just that last weekend. he let Russ cook the way he wants to and you saw the results. a deep shot on the first play against Ramsey, a deep shot again against Ramsey when a 4 yard scamper gets the first down. half a dozen sacks, holding the ball way too long resulting in a 3 QBR.

Stink thinks this after watching the film. this was the offense Russ wanted.

You have high confidence this was the case, Chris?

Interesting. Says more about how petty Hackett is if true, and proves he was never close to ready despite his polished turd interviews and Rah Rah bs. If true.
