So is he retiring? Because he spent time in Flores' system, I was hoping the Vikings would take a look at him. But his own medical evaluation of himself is making me have second thoughts.

I don't see that 4th & 15 idea ever getting close to 24 votes. Seems like a gimmick that would benefit teams with strong-armed QBs.
It’s a way to get the onside kick back into the strategy of the game. It’s nearly impossible to complete since the safety rules on kick offs were established.

only it isn't doing that - instead you're allowing two units - the offense of one team and the defense of the other, to dictate the outcome of the game, while all the other players stand and watch.

If you want to get the onside kick back into the game - why not tweak the kicking rules? Maybe if the receiving team had to line up 5 yards back from where they are now, it could give a better chances for the kicking team.

I don’t think they’ll revisit that because of the safety issues involved in the play.

then they would get a BS PI call & the world would explode! NFL would never get away from the fix is in crowds & they would only grow!
