“You know, that’s above my pay grade about if Mike is coaching again next year,” said Parsons after missing four games with a high-ankle sprain. “But all coaching aside, Mike can leave and go wherever he wants but the guys I kind of feel bad for is guys like Zack Martin and guys who might be on their last year or on their way out. Because that’s who I want to hold the trophy for. You know, you want to win games and do great things with those types of legends who put in more time and work than Mike McCarthy ever did. So those are the kinds of guys that I have so much sympathy and hurt for.”

Gosh… as true as this comment is… there is so much not being said here…

...and the tank rolls on
Jaguars tanking to the #1 pick would put them in an interesting spot. I'd imagine they would trade down 1 or 2 picks and pick up the top OT or something. Not sure they could trade Lawrence and still look like an interesting football team to the Colorado QB who Im guessing will go #1.

Hunter would be an option too.

Sounds like Deion is trying to push him to Vegas.

I think they should let the guy in the #10 jersey go. The fact that he has to live the rest of his life with everyone knowing that's how he throws a punch is punishment enough...

I could see that. I'm just looking over the Jags roster and Josh Allen and Brian Thomas Jr are studs and pretty much the entire rest of the roster is average. Maybe just take the best player in the draft and 'f the rest of the picks' to try and get some proven talent on the team.
