I'm not sure why it doesn't seem different to you to report an injury as a fact or writing the article as stating you caught a break because another team had an injury.

I clearly noted that the link I used didn't call it a break. That isn't different enough for you? I also did not scour the internet looking for Steelers' columnists.

I don't see the point in complaining about it. It IS a break for the Browns. Injuries are part of the game.

Outrage? Sounds like you are infusing drama where there is none. I said it was a shitty insensitive headline and it was. I was done with the topic and didn't think of it again until you commented. Discussion board, I was responding to your concern, not the Browns.

Sometimes writers post something unintentionally insensitive. Other times they have to slant things in a way that's relevant for their audience. Other times it gets re-reported with a different slant. I was going to compare this to...nah, I don't need the grief.

Like most NFL QBs with a good O-line, good targets and things working on schedule. Goff has the ability and arm talent. His struggles have been when he's forced to think on his feet but even that has been improved since getting away from L.A. and all the pressure of the first overall pick. Going to Detroit is probably the best thing that ever happened to him.
