I did my first FF team yesterday and received the worst draft grade in the history of the Hoop. Anyone here do worse than a "D"?

Dunno about the grading, but I can think of a few of my teams worthy of an "F".

Ha, no, not in any leagues I was actually planning on playing. ..had a few F's in mocks though.

But I've been given D's in those types of sites before and had perfectly fine seasons, wouldn't give it a second thought

I missed the first quarter. .but considering I haven't seen much from Parker, or should I say, not much thrown in his direction, in what I have seen, that alone is awful.

The Phins run game is also looking awful. But, and I give him credit, Foster has looked better, when thrown the ball in space, than I expected him too

Bungals and Lions-
J. Hill looked great, so did Gio, but Hill was betier
Brandon Tate is going to be the bane of every AJ Green and Boyd owner. Not enough to make himself worth a spot, but enough to make you sick of him being targeted instead of your guys.
The Bengals have to find a role for Burkhead, the guy is just tough as nails and too damned good to wither on the bench.
AJ McCarron is going to be an above average starting QB for someone, soon.

Starvin Marvin is the real deal, maybe not Calvin, but he'll do, and he'll do better than Golden Tate
Zac Zenner is not an NFL RB, the sooner they put him out of his misery, the sooner Riddick and Abdullah can be somewhat dependable.
It'll be nice to see what this group looks like with Abdullah and Ebron on the field, could be dangerous

Ha..well, most of it had played out as I thought. .touch as nails, team player, dots his job well, but isn't called on often. Almost hope he finds a team with a little more need when his rookie deal is up. Hard to break out when Jeremy Hill and Gio are in front of you

Of these 40 players, only 3 are guys I've backed this season, been on record against the others though. We shall see

Meh, was a pretty awkward tangle with the Phins DB, sounds like in a normal game he'd have continued playing on the next series. Doesn't sound overly concerning

Nope... but enough for me to draft ODB before him now... kind of was looking for a reason anyway.

I realize some sites provide them, and even some here on this board will offer them, but to me grades are meaningless. If you don't draft like everyone else, or value players the same way, the grade they give you reflects that.

Ironically I just did a mock draft on Fantasy Pros preparing for a league where we start 1 WR, but there are 2 different flex options to start an additional 2 more WR (3 total). The automock drafted only 30 WR total for the whole league! Probably because of the must-start 1 WR position. Since I was picking players outside the top 30 WR, and not "recommended by the experts" in the mock, I received a C-.
