Random FF Thoughts

With AD going down and Fozzy moving up with Stewart getting hurt, I might be pretty ok.

Fozzy's role is temporary.
He had a shot as the starter a season or two ago late in the year when JStew was hurt and failed miserably.
The only reason I remember is because I needed him for a playoff game.
Not sure what he scored, but it was definitely closer to zero than it was to 9.
Temper your expectations.

On our Fantasy Assembly Rankings, we ask about players to avoid and ASJ was my pick.

FYI:
I also mentioned Romo (this was before his injury) as the QB to avoid.
And Ajayi and the entire RB situation in Miami was my RB pick.
Sure didn't think they'd all show themselves as quickly as they did.
My WR "avoid" picks are declining nicely but still kicking.

I think the ball must go out of bounds without being touched by the receiving team in order for the penalty to apply

The refs called it a penalty on the Lions. They said the rule is if the first player to touch the ball is OOB, then the kick is to be considered as out of bounds.

They got the call right it is the rule. Really feel like teams could take advantage of that more than they do. That said im not sure why it is a rule.

Seeing as how I have been miserable at streaming defenses thus far (week 1: Rams 0, week 2: Jets -1) I'd like to get everyone's opinion on who I should stream this week...

Options on waivers are (ordered by ESPN projection):
1. Steelers @PHI 13.2
2. Buccaneers vLA 12.5
3. Giants vWAS 12.1
4. Ravens @JAX 11.8
5. Dolphins vCLE 11.8
6. Raiders @TEN 10.3
7. Rams @TB 9.7

Or I could stick with the Jets who play at KC this week. Not the friendliest of places to play, and KC could be getting Charles back. Not a recipe for success.

My thoughts:
*Steelers defense looks the part but is still giving up chunk yards. I've been disappointed by them too many times to rely on them, even against a rookie QB.
*Bucs are an intriguing play this week. Rams haven't looked very good.
*Giants look like the most consistent group out of this bunch. But Cousins & all those weapons are a bomb ready to explode if they can get the offense clicking.
*Not liking the Ravens matchup.
*Dolphins look like a sure-streamer this week since they'll be facing Clipboard Jesus Charlie Whitehurst at home. But the fins have a suspect defense full of holes. Not sure what to think of this matchup.
*Raiders haven't shown anything but negative outings this season.
*Rams disappointed me once. And I don't like their matchup either.

Any advice?

Only the Raiders & Ravens exceeded their projections. I went with the Bucs... First time this season my defense has scored me positive points!
