I am becoming fascinated by the Broncos.

This is a team that bears watching in the future.

Apparently, Payton ain't washed up just yet.

@Yellow Fuzzies, you must be pretty pleased right now.
Fer sure. If they can find an answer at RB, not rely so much on Nix's legs, maybe a TE, they could really have something going there.

Mims, Franklin, Vele, there's some real talent there

Going against a guy that has one of the worst teams in a 16tm full ppr dynasty, typically scores in the 80-90 range.

He started Lil'Jordan Humphrey, Kendrick Bourne, and Nick Westbrook-Ikinhe, who have put up a combined over 50 on me today....

Surprised he wasn't also one of those assholes that started Taysom Hill at TE too.

I ran into one of those this week. 355 days of the year I call her my wife. I'm not so sure I want to today

Well, no.

But i could see Harbaugh chewing up a lot of clock running against a bad Bengals D. Plus the Bengals offense is inconsistent. And since matchups dont always pan out, i can see this being a low scoring game for Cincy.

Detroit on the other hand... this may be their last year together. Ben Johnson and other coaches WILL be plucked from that staff. I would not be shocked if they continue to accelerate thru opponents and hang a 50-burger on the Jags.

 Who said this?

I'm 2 for 2 in the same post.

Please dont look for my other predictions.
That is true - - I also saw Goff doing well this week, not that I was totally confident in that prediction vs Burrows. BTW - I'll change my no to Bandits question to YES as of now. .....

I also mentioned on the Bears board yesterday that the offense would do better today.
They weren't convinced.

And i kinda need Tee to have a good half or i lose one of my matchups.

With my 5th consecutive loss in my money league (2-9) I'm looking at getting the #1 pick in next year's draft. I'm last in PF and first in PA...a bad combination.

Hard to believe but this is my first losing season since 2008 and first miss of the playoffs since 2014. I've had a helluva run. Spoiled rotten.

I'm just playing out the string for the rest of this season. It gives me extra time to prep for next season. :D

Assuming I get 1st pick who do I select? Historically, I've gone WR (AJ Brown this season, didn't pan out).

I'm thinking Ja'Marr Chase.

Is there a reason you historically go with a receiver first?

For the last several years I've been a playoff team...so, I'm drafting in the bottom half of the league. Some upper echelon RBs are off the board by then. In addition, WRs tend to score a few more points in my league than RBs. Last season, I actually went RB-RB with my first two picks. It didn't work out (Ekeler, Barkley). Still made it to the Championship though.

I've managed to get decent RBs in the 3rd round and later over the years...James Conner, Leonard Fournette, Melvin Gordon, Mark Ingram, Alvin Kamara, Doug Martin, David Montgomery, Rhamondre Stevenson, James White, Rachaad White.

A little early for that prognostication, but Cmac, like you, will have some rebounding to do. Barkley will have the same situation to look forward to.

Like TKO said, far too early, with far too many things that could happen that would change the landscape.. free agency, the draft, coaching changes, severe injuries.

But..Chase, Jefferson, St Brown, CMAC, Barkley, Bijan, Gibbs, all worthy candidates to discuss

For years, I've been a steadfast backer of Gabe Davis.

Dude had so many sporadic flashes of brilliance, I always thought one day he would put it all together.

I think that window has finally closed. Too bad.

He should have stayed home, though I'm sure his bank account is fine with his decision.

Just added him in D2 on Saturday... oops.

Lol, I'm the one who dropped him in D2. I kept Juju and Franklin over him.

Even in that London game where he scored two TDs, he dropped two others. Enough is enough.
