No problem, and there I agree with ya, their defense was really good.Doh, I was looking at defensive stats.

LA puts the AB in abnormalfor normal teams this is true.
The lions wasted a lot of money - soon to be offset by cheap rookie contracts from the picks.....No guarantees.
It's impressive that they found a team willing to absorb Goff's contract. So they deserve kudos for that. But Stafford is only under contract for 2 more years, and he's 7 years older than Goff... Stafford is 5-46 against teams with a winning record. Not to mention he has never won a playoff game.
It seems to me that the Rams just wanted to get rid of Goff more than they wanted to acquire Stafford. Pretty much downgraded their QB and threw away two 1sts & a 3rd to make it happen.
IMO on paper the Lions won this trade. Yea they'll be paying Goff more than he's worth, but those picks *COULD* make it worth it.
I could easily see the Lions trading Goff to a team like the 9ers, Colts or Patriots for a second or third round pick. Then draft a QB with pick number 7.The lions wasted a lot of money - soon to be offset by cheap rookie contracts from the picks.....
you talking about trading Goff this year or next year?I could easily see the Lions trading Goff to a team like the 9ers, Colts or Patriots for a second or third round pick. Then draft a QB with pick number 7.
Even though there seems to have been chemistry issues between Goff and McVey, the dude can still play QB. To me The Colts with Reich (who, btw, made Wentz look pretty good) would make a ton of sense.
Like now, before the draft.you talking about trading Goff this year or next year?
Wow, mediocre QB's are expensive.
That Hurts!Maybe one day, he will be as good as Jalen Hurts
Love a good bump backfire…. Stafford is 18/29 for 177yds & 2 INTs.
Rams were a 7.5pt favorite tonight
