Rams inaugural uni's

Wouldn't it be nice to see the Rams play a game in their blue and white uni's? I know it won't happen 'cause our team is a St. Louis based franchise now, not Los Angeles, but that would bring back some great child hood memories, eh?

I will say the same thing I said when stupid Spags locked out veterans, fired long time associates and took down photos of HOF Rams, play to the fans and the organization. That is playing to the base, not just in St Louis but across the country. I love the idea and of course I am so old I remember those unis.

Dang I was not aware he did that. I do remember hearing that Fisher took down a photo or Kurt Warner and the Rams Super Bowl 34 victory. I guess I can understand why he did!

I don't know if Fisher did, I doubt it, but Spags took eveything Rams out saying this is now our time, not theirs.

I would like to see a uniform change for the Rams. The change in color scheme worked to sell Warner, Faulk and Holt jerseys, now that gimmick is done I think you guys can do better. I wouldn't mind a return to the yellow and blue.

My personal preference would be to keep it all. I know Pittsburgh has all 6 Lombardi trophies displayed so everyone walks by them on their way in every day. It a statement of this is our history and the is the standard you're expected to uphold. I think a "make those guys proud" attitude would be good for a young team.

ShaneC and Blue: Fisher actually returned many of the historical pictures of past Rams accomplishments and made it known that all past greats are welcome. In fact, remember that week last year where je invited all thos past greats in and they retired a jersey or two at the halftime of one of the home games and Deacon spoke to the defense?

Yea as Blue mentioned, the only flippin knucklehead that would do such a thing is none other little whipper boy, Spiggot, who is still out of football since he destroyed not only this franchise but the New Orleans defense along with his idiot buddy Joe Vitt!!!

I'll have to see if I can find some more info, or a link on this... but, I remember something last season about the Rams already looking to do just that, in 2014. If so, then the paperwork is already in. As you know, the beaurocracy of the NFL requires something like 2 year's notice, just to wear a throwback jersey for a couple games.

Personally, I really hope they do. If even for just their throwbacks, a couple times a season. I love Nike's take on the blue/yellow jerseys, but the blue/white ones are hands down, my favorites. Plus, it'll go along nicely with the second coming of the "Fearsome Foursome"
