Their best move would be to cut Wade Philipps.

Sheeeeeet you so crazy

I think last year they were a bit too talented on the Dline and the LBs were not that good until they got Fowler.

Barron gone. And hell they might even go after another OLB or ILB? Weddle and a rookie safety > Joyner

If not for Wade we don’t sniff the Super Bowl. Not to mention Wade has done a good job against Brady the last 2 meetings

I got a feeling they trade up a few spots to get the Clemson DT if he’s within reach.

Rams are not done in FA and it’s pretty obvious they want to build on the defense even more. I love it

I agree with all except the too talented D-line part. On paper yes, but on the field only Donald really performed.

I think we will add a FA DT and a LB. Maybe a safety or guard like Leary.

Suh was pretty good in the playoffs. NT in a 3-4 isn’t a glorious spot. Brockers certainly isn’t a DE. I’m just saying they might focus more on an elite LB crew going forward instead of an elite Dline crew

I'm still scratching my head on this one.. The DL was less than Steller the whole season in terms of stopping the run; which led to the shitty LB's we have being exposed. I'd be okay with getting rid of Phillips....since I'm generally not a fan of 3-4. Suh did pretty well in the playoffs but the fact is the rams have Michael Brockers, drafted Michael brokers to be the run stuffer yet he's playing DE?? If we cannot draft that kid from clemson then why not have Brockers bulk back up to 320/325 and move him back to NT. He has no pass rush capabilities and simply no business playing DE.

In my eyes, the job of a 3-4 NT is to take up as many Olineman as he can and let the LBs feast. The job of a DE is to disrupt the backfield and hold the edge then also letting the LBs feast. Our ILBs were 225 lbs and not great against the run at all. Micah Kiser is totally opposite of Barron. He’s great against the run and needs to get better in coverage. Kid has great instincts for the ball.

You held the Bill Belichick led Patriots to 13 points. The whole defense performed well...

Suh did play well in the playoffs and Superbowl, but didn't do much in the regular season. Brockers did even less than Suh throughout it all. You could have just about any solid(non-superstar) D-lineman playing next to Donald and they'd likely accomplish as much or possibly more.

I think we will draft the NT Lawrence dude from Clemson to shake things up. SuH hasn't signed with anybody yet. Saffold is gone, so is Joyner. Maybe we will see the Clemson kid in once we draft him.

Looks like Suh is headed to a team in Cali according the rumor mill.
