San Diego interested in pursuing the Raiders if 'Vegas falls through'

Getting approval on the $375 million was doable with the Chargers, who were here for 56 years. I'm not sure it would get approval for a team most San Diegans have hated their entire lives. Again, I'm excited about the new plan for the MLS franchise that would set aside land for a potential NFL stadium. If this could work around that plan, then I'd be for it. But putting that plan at risk to pursue the Raiders? No thanks.

One of the biggest rules in Vegas is "Don't screw over Sheldon Adelson!!!" That's exactly what Davis attempted to do by cutting him out about a week ago. Apparently Davis proposed a lease agreement to the Las Vegas Stadium Authority where Adelson was completely excluded. On top of that, Adelson wasn't even told that Davis was considering such a deal... Adelson is friends with the bigwigs at Goldman, so when he found out about this deal, he called his guys at Goldman and told them he was pulling out. I'm sure advised them to do the same and without Adelson's blessing, no way they go ahead with this deal...

Depends...I know people who have worked for him for almost a decade now and are VERY happy...They may not be union, but he actually pays better and gives better benefits than the unions do... As long as you don't do something stupid like use drugs, you should be ok...
