49ers and Raiders wins combined would not be enough to make the playoffs. To be honest I would rather see the Raiders stay in the bay area and the 49ers move to Vegas. That just seems to fit better.

Hmm perfect fit for San Fran. San Fran sports the 3rd highest property crime per City in the US (per capita), so the Raiders fit the overall theme of San Fran PERFECTLY. I mean Oakland is 6th but I'm all a team upgrading.
