Chargers declared CB Chris Harris, QB Easton Stick, TE Tre’ McKitty, OL Brenden Jaimes, and RB Joshua Kelley inactive for Week 4 against the Raiders.​

Harris (shoulder) hasn't played since Week 1. Kelley is the Chargers' fourth running back behind Austin Ekeler, Larry Rountree, and Justin Jackson.

Josh Jacobs (ankle) is active for Week 4 against the Chargers.​

Jacobs missed the previous two games, and Peyton Barber tore up the Dolphins with a 100-yard game last week. Coach Jon Gruden has already said Barber will continue to stay involved, leaving this backfield un-usable in fantasy. Inactive for the Raiders are DE Malcolm Koonce, OT Jackson Barton, TE Nick Bowers, and DT Damion Square.
