Neither team seemed to want to win the game yesterday between the Red Sox and Yankees, and the Yankees got a really lucky break in the Judge at bat when Vasquez dropped the baseball trying to transfer it to throw it back to the pitcher. I believe that would have ended the inning and the Red Sox would have held their lead.
All of this said, I am looking forward to seeing who comes out of the NL East and who gets the wild cards in the AL.

I think every time the Giants have won the World Series in my lifetime, they went through the Cardinals. They seem to do well against the Cardinals in the post season. But if it can't be the Giants, my distant, distant second choice would be the Cardinals.

no. All they have to do is fix the seeding between the 3 and 4 spots since both teams will not have HFA.

Also this doesn't happen frequently.

They should reseed with the 3 and 4 seed after the play-in game. Why should the Brewers penalized for winning their division and likely 95+ games and be forced to start the playoffs on the road?

Especially since the schedule is not evenly balanced.

Here is my question? Remember the All-Star game? Will MLB stick to it principles and not allow a playoff or World Series game to be played in Georgia? Or, will they admit to an error in judgement about the All-Star game?
And it they don't stick to their "principles" why won't they.
I also remember the Dodger coach saying he would not coach in Georgia if the All Star game was played there, why, because he has "principles"?
