Didn't you hear ?? Phil died last year, a mere week after his incorrect prediction of an early end to the winter season. They said it was natural causes, but there was a spade nearby with some "hair-like" composite on the blade. The truth may never be known but as I understand it, a suitable replacement has been named in Patty, a well known neighborhood hamster who has been said to have gotten meteorological training directly from Phil himself. The legend continues.

Oh and....Patty has already chosen the Bronco's in this weeks game, stating " what the heck, we all know already, why wait until Sunday to say it"
