And is 2nd in All-Star voting, despite virtually every fan of other teams hating him.
Is this a joke? If it isn't let the guy find his game after missing training camp...he's the least of my worries on this team.

Anderwho, do two sub par months excuse a HOF career, and a guy who was one of the integral parts of this calendar year's CUp run?
while pronger's skating legs are no longer what they once were, his shot blocking, ability to get his stick in passing and shooting lanes, and offensive prowess are still pretty elite, and we all know that come playoff time he brings a nasty mean streak to his game which carries teams. sure his legs aren't there, but i'll take pronger at age 36 over most defensemen younger than him.
ander, I get that you don't like the guy, and that he looks slow right now. But he is coming off of surgery at 36, and is a guy who is built to last 30 minutes a night straight through the playoffs. And they are winning. He is the top defensive scorer, so he is helping now. And he is a + player, so he isn't killing them. COme playoffs, there isn't another d-man on the roster I would want out there. Maybe in the league.
This is the best post in this thread. It is dead on. What happens when Roo doesn't score for 10 games? will it be time to ship him off! Pronger has obviously been a HUGE key to the "D", just his leadership out there gives us a huge boost.
8-3 without him.. not too shabby
Awaz, this team is flat out good. THey are deep offensively and defensively, and have goalies that can hold their own. And since they don't rely on any one player now, they can withstand an injury or two. It is great. If anything, this is more an indication of how quietly important Carle, Coburn, O'Donnell, and Walker are to this team rather than how "useless" PRonger is. It is something we haven't seen in Philly in a long time.
