Speaking of which, when is Santa Clara gonna get a SB? It better be soon. SF was supposed to host the '99 / '00 SB, but they never got a stadium done (thank God; I'm much happier with it in Santa Clara).

Dallas got a SB the second year it existed.

Saw this article on the stadium sticky thread. Santa Clara has to agree to quite a few conditions imposed by the NFL. Hopefully they can figure it out before SB49, but SB50 is more likely.

Huh... I thought SB 49 was already decided to be in Glendale.

Would've been cool to see the 49ers play at home in SB 49, but oh well...

You're right, it's in Arizona. Don't know how I missed that. Santa Clara has to face off against Miami for SB 50 with the vote being in May. Loser of that vote will face Houston for SB 51.

I'm a pessimist, so I think Miami will get SB 50 due to history of it being there and we will beat out Houston after they (the public, not NFL) see the place we have. The fourth consecutive SB would be "impossible", the fifth would be even harder, need the home for that one!
