You can keep 8 guys with no "penalty" for keepers.


Someone dropped Prince. I have EE as my 1B for now and next year so Prince would be a Utility keeper for next year.


Do you think it's worth the add and stash?

Its simple, do you have a DL spot open for him?? If so, it cant hurt to add him... You dont have to decide today whether or not to keep him!!!

If you dont have an extra dl spot, it depends on if the player you will drop has any value... Any player that is just going to ride the bench is irrelevant anyway...

Honestly, no I don't. You only start 9 hitters, so it is pretty easy to find good hitter options. I think Prince is good, not great and I do not think it is worth wasting a roster spot unless you can stash him on the DL and have no other hurt players on your bench. If you can keep him on the DL and it never costs you a live roster spot, then why not?

I disagree with this. That last roster spot can be quite valuable for streaming pitchers in weekly head to head leagues.

Yeah, my staff is weak so I do add/drop SP's, we get 3 add/drops a week and I will use them on SP.


However, I am mostly add/dropping the pitchers, not hitters.

I had a pitcher to drop, so I added prince, dropped the pitcher and put prince on the DL. Thanks for the advice!
