Sir Robin Of Camelot
You seem angry. Miserable, even.

No Thanks....While I once thought this would be a good signing for Dallas, not now.And - within 15 minutes of me reading this, the “gonna sign Earl Thomas” tweets commenced.
CowboysNation mentions cap space for next season and Dak

It's reported that he was late for most team meetings last season and down right skipped others. His backfield mates have had enough of his antics. Keep this guy as far away from Dallas as possible.
We dont need a distraction like that..No Thanks....While I once thought this would be a good signing for Dallas, not now.

Well there could be some fluff going on. I dont believe the hype going on for Hill. On the other hand Lamb did dominate college football and in good conference.I'm sure it's just more fluff.
I'm down with Ceedee. I also think we'll get contributions from a few other rookies this year. May take some time with no preseason games but this team sure needs to of hit on about all the draft picks.Well there could be some fluff going on. I dont believe the hype going on for Hill. If the price is $40 million per I would take Andy Dalton and the two 1sts we would get for Dak, yepScotsman & UK won't approve.....should just roll with another QB.
Man that's too bad. He would bring a lot, not just on the fieldMcCoy injury video. Looks like his foot was stepped on on a drill as he was falling backwards.

Not true, I want Dak but I just think that NO ONE is worth 40M a season. The cap could take a step back each of the next couple of years and a 40M AAV to one player could and probably will result in us having to cut or trade a couple of valuable assets or make more moves like TSmith that came back and haunt usScotsman & UK won't approve.....should just roll with another QB.
I know...you've said as much, which is why I posted what I didIf the price is $40 million per I would take Andy Dalton and the two 1sts we would get for Dak, yep

We will have to cut some good players if Dak goes to $40 million per, there is no way around it. If we win the Super Bowl this year then break the bank to him, gladly, but if it's another 8-8 or 9-7, I just don't see how you can justify itNot true, I want Dak but I just think that NO ONE is worth 40M a season. not my money.
So if it's $40 million per to get it done, you do the deal?
so 37plus million nest season is better than a long term contract that averages 40M per when in 3 seasons 40M will most likely be less than top 5 money for the position? Win the SB this year or cut bait seems like crazy talk and borderline Dak hater than anything elseWe will have to cut some good players if Dak goes to $40 million per, there is no way around it. Borderline Dak hater must be code for someone who likes Dak but wouldn't give Dak $40 million per year. I've liked Dak since he was at MSU. I do think we might have missed out on a SB by not going back to Romo in Dak's rookie year, but as far as that kid is concerned, he has done a great job. But just paying him record breaking money because he is the next QB up to get paid is crazy to me when he is not a guy who can put the team on his back.so 37plus million nest season is better than a long term contract that averages 40M per when in 3 seasons 40M will most likely be less than top 5 money for the position?
