Usually guys are giving up like 2-4m for like an 18-25m dollar contract. That’s more like 10-12 with Paul’s deal.

The best cut I can recall is Wade taking less 8 million less from the Bulls just so he can go back to the Heat

Best case would be like 75-80 million

Paul’s play would be worth 15-20 million for this season probably.

But the teams that would need him don’t have that kind of space.

He isn’t getting bought out this season.

But if he did, Paul to the Lakers would quite possibly happen for 2 reasons:

1) LeBron is his boy
2) how bad does he want to beat Houston now? Can’t put a price on that.
