post some upset picks

I think you see some big upsets today. Nothing really yesterday so some of these high seeds are due.

Even though I'm a Bruins fan sonny, I'm indifferent to what Daddy Ball has to say.

But come on man, it's like a lot of people have never heard of hyperbole.

This dude is getting his 15 minutes of fame, albeit vicariously, but just the same, he's using hyperbolic statements to keep the spotlight on.

Sure Mike 15 min is one thing but this guy it's been 15 mos so far. It's cool to be proud of your kids but you don't want to overshadow them and let them just have fun too, not grrom them or exploit them like some of these moms putting their little girls in beauty pageants at age 5. Guy is just a publicity whore and maybe more for himself. We didn't need to hear about how good Lebron was in HS, or Jordan, Durant, Westbrook . Curry's father Dell played in NBA and never heard a word when he played at Davidson, recruits look with their eyes and other coaches words not parents lol

I like all those except Vandy, well they obviously lost but i thought they would beat Northwestern. That was a great game though.

I wasn't poking fun, its just typical or funny that when we find a team that we like, and put them on a run, they seem to flame out early. I struggled with that pick, and ended up with the Golden Gophers myself.

As far as having balls, MT would have been the ballsy pick, right? Besides that, when I was reading through this thread to post my upsets, the Electric company cut my power all day. Them bastards!

I pretty much had chalk on Thursday, as a matter of fact I always try to pick a 12, but the only 5/12 I even considered for this tourney was the Minny/MT game, but like you I liked the Gophers too much...

I did pick #9 Vandy over #8 NW, but that's a high percentage upset, if you want to call it that. (Still they lost)

I have RI, Marquette, Witchita St and Seton Hall a 9 as my only upsets today. I see the top seeds being pretty secure. I really like SMU but watch out for USC IMO.

I can't say I disagree with you Sonny, but to be fair, who knows about those men you've listed if their Dad's had the social media avenue LaVar has today. It's a different world for sure. I sort of put LaVar in the Earl Woods & Richard Williams category, except they didn't have a social media outlet, and man could you imagine if Marv Marinovich had social media around for RoboQB!?!?
