The only way the last 7 mins matter is if it carries over to the rest of the season. We have an excellent opportunity to play these guys again in INDY. We'll most likely be favored in all but 1 of the remaining games. Making the playoff was never a realistic goal IMO. Winning the division would be an improvement on last year.

the problem is the nation watched for majority of the night Nebraska getting stuffed and looking lost. it's the same excuse and same song every big game we have we adjust to late. Tommy passing has been avg all season so when msu said we're taking AA out of the game it was a wrap.

my last point is beck might need to go or need help. you had to know pounding AA wasn't gonna work he had no back up plan. passing game looked weak and predictable like I suspected.

to the nation it doesn't matter what we do Wisconsin won't be ranked Iowa isn't and that's the two biggest games left.with all the losses Saturday Nebraska could have been top10 again missed opportunity again another bo team that wasn't ready

you know what your right you have a point but let's be honest the big ten brand is down. this game was a chance for the nation to see if Nebraska is back. I'll be honest i wasn't thinking playoffs I was thinking about getting the brand and respect back. looking back this was a golden opportunity to get back to the top 10 which we haven't been since the week before Nwestern in 2011 when we were 8.

also the way we lost has me shaking my head. msu game plan was simply play smart and aggressive. they knew eventually we will make mistakes and give them gifts. when AA fumbled that was a bad omen. aka uga 2012
