Foles has proven he is a team player at least and not a distraction.
Most QBs are system QBs and can have good seasons with the right players around them. Not sure what your point is here.
He is proving he can flop where everybody would flop. Most people think Tavon Austin is their leading WR. Sadly, it is Kenny Britt. This is Foles' first season in an offense with ZERO weapons in the passing game. BTW, Foles was not a GM with the Eagles.
IF KC plays the rest of the season like he has played recently, I agree with you. I wil bump him to 12 mil/season. I never said I wouldn't. If you guys would actually read the written word, you would see I expect him to falter a bit in the coming weeks. That puts him at 8-10 mil.
Chill out - we are all basically Redskins fans. No need to jump all over anyone - peace.
Anyhow - if you would also read my replies you would see that the numbers are based on Cousins doing well for the remainder of the season. If he falters (especially in a big way) then the demand for his services elsewhere will be minimal. However - if his play continues to get better he will warrant a much higher contract & it likely will be higher than what you suggest.
Again - it doesn't matter what you or I believe that he is worth. It is all about supply and demand & how much the Redskins really want to keep him. These factors can cause the overall contract amounts to be somewhat overinflated - that is just business.
