Who is available? Do we really want a "former" Bear? I am at a loss on this one.

Depends on the scheme they plan on running. But would love to see Samari Mike teaching the young ones. He's still under contract W/Minny. But who knows.

Mike Singletary Listeria LBing job last year but stayed on as assistant head coach. Maybe he isn't the answer.

I would start looking for a dline coach that worked with Rod Marinelli. I am sure he had assistants over the years.

Bryan Cox, former linebacker is now the D Line coach in Atlanta.

It will be really interesting to see if Emery picks guys from 3-4 or 4-3 backgrounds.

I can't see the Bears switching to a 3-4, because it would take more than a few guys to make this switch. We would need 2 NT's, 2 DE's, 2-3 LB's, 1 CB and at least 1 Safety if not 2. That's 9 folks... Like 5 would have to be solid starters...

That prospect seems daunting. Not impossible, we picked up 5 starters last year on Offense, RT, 2-G's, LT, TE.
