He's got his work cut out for him with that program... yeesh.

He was one of the most successful defensive play callers of his time. I don't see why he doesn't just go be a D-coordinator somewhere, but I guess he's not ready to give up the Head Coach dream.

very interesting move, he is only taking 2 million per year from U of I the first two years since Tampa bay is liable for the difference to make up the 10 million they owe him. I think that could get really messy since Lovies salary goes up to 3 and 4 million at U of I, or until they also fire him.
