Dabo says every practice is tryouts at CU.
I specifically remember this guy at OU a few years back. He enrolled into the school, walked on to the football field and said i want to play football for OU. They said show us what you got, and so he did. Became a starter for two years and won the Heisman Trophy. Soooooooo.... i'm pretty sure they already do allow people to try out, you just gotta go and step on the field.
Do you have any idea what a walk-on is?
I think you're talking about "payouts" and not "tryouts"...Since when are there not tryouts?
Yes. They try out to get on the team. Recruits are invited.
Your UCFacts are lacking.
You really need to read the whole thing.I figured there would be more Real Fans to put you tshirt bandwagoners like you in your place.
Real fans now the Rules. Real fans know the hypocricy of the NCAA.
Per their website
Rules Involving Tryouts
"Only Division I men’s basketball is allowed to hold tryouts."
The OP is trick question, which nobody got. Football is not allowed to do tryouts but basketball and many other sports are.

You really need to read the whole thing.
That refers to “college bound” students, ie high school kids.
There is no rule preventing schools from having tryouts for enrolled students.
Rememeber honors' motto,
UCFirst they deny.
Then they detract.
Then they come around to the UCFacts.
Your next post better be coming around to the UCFacts. Because your denial was proven wrong. Your detraction makes absolutely no sense. It's time to redeem yourself.

But you don't have to attend them to get a scholarship to a school.
True. The overwhelming majority of Clemson recruits attended camp. There's been a number of players over the years that the only reason they got a scholarship is because they came in and showed out in camp.
