From what I can gather:

Chicago cannot miss the playoffs and has a 93% chance of winning the Presidents Trophy

Anaheim, Montreal, and Boston will miss the playoffs only with an all time epic collapse

Florida, Columbus, Buffalo, and NY Islanders have zero shot at winning the Cup - every other team is still alive

I don't like the Flames chances at all simply because they've already played the easy part of their schedule and are at .500 only because of loser points. San Jose at home, Anaheim and LA on the road this week on the schedule, they need at least 4 points out of 6 to keep pace, they'll be lucky to get 2 points.

Some Isles fans are delusional. They believe the Isles are still in the hunt. I'm not one of those fans. The Islanders are 3-9 at home this season. When a team can't win at home they've got no shot.

If you mouse over it gives you the non-rounded numbers which are .0163%, .00342%, .000555%, and .0000858% (NYI, BUF, CBJ, FLA in that order).

The odds of them collapsing and missing the playoffs are still pretty good. The actual chance though of making the playoffs is statistically about correct.
