How do you give up a breakaway with 3 seconds left protecting a one goal lead? You do it because Jack Johnson and Kris Letang suck and got caught completely flatfooted letting Dadonov blow right between them.

and then I love how Errey tried to make it sound like Johnson made some great defensive play. Umm, no Bob. First he’s lucky he didn’t get a slashing call and it was Jarry making a big save there to preserve the win.

if Fla scores there Jarry would have been completely within his rights to punch both Johnson and Letang right in the mouth.

Johnson must be getting better. Whenever he got beat here, he was never close enough for his slash attempts to land.
