Also, I don't get why Charlie continues to use that fastball eventhough 4 guys in a row squared it up, he didn't even throw a breaking pitch and you could tell they were sitting on the fastball.

this could have been averted with better utilization of his pen, using the guy who can go 2, pitch him for 2.
to a lesser extent, let some others pitch the 8th and 9th more frequently.
quit being so quick to take guys out who are pitching well for the unknown quantity (that day) coming out of the pen.
his double switches are ridiculous most of the time.
