I'll go with Jay Gruden in Washington. Part of the equation has to be the owner and his "patience" - and we all know there isn't any in DC.

Gruden is a good guess. Sorta never came to mind when I first thought of this answer, but great chance, IMO.

I figured Gruden may be one of those rare 1 and done last year.

Washington will beat the Eagles - that will make Kelly mumble.

Kelly is reminding us all too much of Josh McDaniels.

This is what I said when he got hired then especially when they gave him control of the team. He might luck out though having a very easy division with injuries derailing many of the other teams.

One name not mentioned yet is Tom Coughlin. They won last Thursday, but they almost choked that game away like they did the first two weeks.

I also thought of Gruden. Dan loves RGIII and I bet it burns his ass to see his boy sitting on the sidelines.

He reminds Eagles fans of Richie Kotite

I'm starting to think that Kyle Shanahan might be a better OC than most give him credit for. He helped a rookie RGIII light the league on fire. He then went to Cleveland with no QB, best WR suspended, yet the team didn't look completely incompetent on offense. Now down in Atlanta and that offense just looks down right deadly after a year where they looked terrible.

Good point on little Shanny CD. I wish him well - when you consider the Broncos history - it wouldn't surprise me to see Kyle Shannahan coaching in Denver sometime.

Hard line for Miami.

Players aren't happy, but who are you gonna hire better with 12 games still left in the season?

Dolphins are in for a rough year. Unless some assistant interim can wake them up.

Last I heard the news is that Philbin will be fired today or tomorrow. Yeah for a team that so many had as the dark horse for the year and would compete with New England for the division we just are not seeing much from them.
