In the last week, Phils split two at home with the Yankees, then lost 4 of 6 on the road at Boston and Baltimore. The Phillies seemed to look old, slow, and long in the tooth in those road games but I looked at avg team ages and they're all in the 28-29 range with Orioles a year younger. Guess the team needs some home cooking.

Yeah I'm old, I remember that series as a kid. It was the end of a great 8 year stretch for the Phillies. I was joking about being bitter. I had friends that lived in Baltimore so I've been to some games there. But it's true that for the next 40 years after that series the Phillies and Orioles have never been relevant at the same time until the last year or two. So it's cool that they are both good now.
