This is just plain stupid on Thomson's part. Duran reached on infield single to Second Base. Hamilton scored on error and Rafaela scored on throwing error by second baseman Merrifield. Duran to Second Base.

No outs and Boston is racking-up runs. Thomson should have made an adjustment but did nothing.
