Dodgers are losing 4-1 to SD and that's a positive. I guess they're going to throw Walker out there whenever they can to save arms. But it jeopardizes the top seed position which will affect home field advantage should Phils play Dodgers in the NLCS. I think I have that right.

Several playoff type deciding games today. The Mutts and the Bitches ended the season with the same record. The Phillies open up their playoffs at home next Saturday against the NL 3 or 6 seed. A week off to get the dildoes out of their systems!

The Mutts' Pete Alonzo stuns the Milwaukee house with a 9th inning 3-run blast to send the Mutts to Philly Saturday for the NLDS. I thought the Brewers had it in the bag leading 2-0 for 8 innings. Phils were 7-6 vs the Mets this season. Phils and Mets have never faced each other in the post season.

Mets were 13 games over .500 in the 2nd half at 40-27; Phils stumbled to 33-34 in the 2nd half. So, Mets have the momentum especially with their win tonight. Phils have the pitching, but their bats will have to come alive in the NLDS. They cannot have a repeat of the 16K back-to-back games vs the Brewers two weeks ago. Plus, I want payback for the recent Mets series where Phils lost 3 of 4.
