Typical Alvarado. Gives-up a run and there was no double play. Just crap.
He's gonna find his groove here. Just needs to be right for the postseason. No, the Phillies have an Alvarado problem. This douchebag continues to make excuses for his blown saves in this article. After seven years, he is still losing games. The frequency of such may be a bit less, but he still consistently gives-up hits, runs, and loses games. The Phillies would do themselves a favor by giving him the Merrifield treatment. Enough is enough.
Phillies in a difficult spot with struggling Jose Alvarado
Do the Phillies have a Jose Alvarado problem? Not the question they wanted to ponder directly out of the All-Star break.www.yahoo.com
I have been saying this for YEARS!! The Phillies need more good-to-excellent help in the bullpen and they need to remove garbage like Alvarado and perhaps Kerkering in favor a better pitchers.
