It appears that Phils pitching staff is a winner, recognizing that they've played some bad teams recently. I'm more hopeful for this year's outcome. Harper will come along. He always does.

Yeah the starters have probably been the best in the NL. The Phillies have only given up 78 runs and you know some of that came off some bad outings by the bullpen.
