The Segura injury may turn out to be a blessing in disguise. Hopefully they will give Bryson Stott a chance for a couple months. So far he has shown zero ability to hit in the majors but based on what he's done in the minors I think he will eventually hit. This might give them an excuse to let him play without worrying about further "seasoning".

And that was a huge homer by Stott to get us another win and sweep the Angels.

The Phillies have a 4-game winning streak going with them to Milwaukee and the Bitches have won 4-straight of whom we are a game and half behind in third place in the NL East. The Mutts have won 1 game and we are 10.5 games back. We need a whole slew of games like this one from the Phillies going forward.

The Bitches won their game to day so we are 2.5 behind them and 11 behind the Mutts as we take Milwaukee in a 3-game series.

This is good news. Zach Wheeler is the First Phillies Pitcher to win an award of the month in nearly a decade. Also, apparently Girardi was a real jackass according to Harper.
