Lazy-ass Castellanos strands 2 more batters. Might be the difference in the win or loss. That's 4 total batters stranded today and Castellanos has done it twice.
Tell that to the politics forum.......Using a scapegoat usually allow the principals to buy cover and time and the hope is that folks will not really discover the problems that ails a certain team/franchise. It is a fools-gold strategy especially when the problems are so huge as to be obvious and laughable. A believed scapegoat as a solution is always temporary and it adds to the notion that the real problems are not being addressed. This is because they often originate with the principals to begin with who refuse to understand that they are the cause.
It didn't hurt........... If people want to give Dallas Green and Paul Owens credit for taking over as manager they should credit Rob Thomson as well if the Phillies finish strong.
