It's a long season, every team goes through slumps, you just hope to minimize them the best you can

I think it's our playing style tho. We're always trying to be pretty with the puck, we never have anyone in front of the other teams net setting screens, deflecting shots, or putting back rebounds. It's an obvious issue we need to address.

Spoken like a true Penguin fan. I know we already have Crosby, Malkin and Fleury that were all drafted in the top two, but we're not scoring right now, so let's tank the rest of this season and all of the following season to get the next Crosby 1st overall in '15.

That's obviously terrible logic, but if the Pens were to somehow miss the playoffs (let alone finish dead last) with their current roster, that would be the choke job of the century and Dan Bylsma would probably get canned.

It depends if Disco is in on it tho. Don't forget Eddie O got to stay after 2004.
