Whoever made the point about selling oneself made a good point.

From 2001-2005 Brady was the face of VISA. He married Michelle and the only commercials he's done since are associated with her businesses.....primarily UGGS. On the other hand, Manning is seen selling everything from macaroni and cheese to insurance to Buicks to papa Johns Pizza. He's seen on nearly half of the ads on every Thursday, Sunday and Monday Night football games. I would guess that more people know Mannings face than know Brady's.

Doing commercials has nothing to playing professional football, but recognition helps when discussing football players. How many people think JJ Watts is the best defensive player in the NFL? I would guess an equal number would argue against him and favor Suh. Odd thing is that neither have a ring so does that make Suggs the best?

It's all in the eye of the beholder. Manning has 5 MVPs and 1 ring. Brady has 2 MVPs and 3 rings. Both have far exceeded what the normal quarterback has achieved in a typical or even extended career. Brady supporters can never be convinced that Manning is better, Manning supporters can never be convinced that Brady is better. I imagine no one alive today will give a rat shit in 100 years.

Did the beat down the Pats gave Denver

Get into their head so much that they have lost confidence? This seems trollish but this team has been really fucking bad since that loss. It's weird.

Whatever happened has proven that both Jack Del Rio and John Fox are garbage and if Denver were smart they'd give them both the boot. We have the talent but with Fox's conservative nature and Del Rio being afraid to call anything other than a vanilla defensive scheme right now we don't even deserve to make the playoffs.

I must be missing something. The blatant Peyton Manning troll I get and yeah the Broncos have the worst OL in football not in Jacksonville, but your knob-slobbing of the Pats is just plain amateurish, rmilia.

We all expect better trolling from you.

That was an epic clutch performance by Peyton

His oline was injured. he was down his best weapon.

He was playing a team in Miami that had already shown the ability to curbstomp good teams like NE.

He delivered a gutty clutch performance today.

Peyton didn't look so hot today. Sure missed a lot of wide open passes.

You obviously didn't watch either the Pats or Broncos game today if that's the best troll you got, Homer. :L

Winning was way more important for Denver and Manning today then his stats.

Eventually you will learn that.

And Brady still had the better game between the two.

He had some horrible throws Hammer, throws that if Brady had made them, you'd be in here making up some quote about leading the lead in those type of bad throws.

It has nothing to do with trolling. That's your area. I watched the Bronco's game and Peyton missed some wide open passes. When Brady went essentially 34 for 35 all you could do is chide about it being against the Bears. Peyton barely squeaks by the the phucking Phins at home at Mile High Stadium and you pop another Manning boner.

New England might want to actually beat Miami before they start bashing them for being weaklings.

How in the world do you come to this conclusion? Manning had a better quarterback rating, yards per attempt, and threw two more touchdowns while throwing no picks compared to Brady's one. Throw in Manning was playing from behind the whole game meaning it is harder to pass in those situations. This might make my most homeristic posts of the year lists for somebody to even come close to saying this

Broncos didn't look so hot. Miami losing Taylor was huge and neither team looked all that scary. Peyton tossed at least a few really bad passes that I saw.

Maybe next week will be completely different. Today, the Pats beat either one of those teams.
