So if Brady and the Pats were trash because they lost to a playoff team in the Chiefs. What does that make Manning and the Broncos for losing to the pitiful Rams?

Um, Conference rivals with the Colts for many years and a constant effort on the part of Manning fans to compare/overrate him against Tom Brady.

Well i don't think Manning is better all time.

No one can deny that Manning is better in the regular season

But my argument has always been that Brady being significantly better than Manning in the postseason is just not true. It's just a narrative that has been thrown out there by talking heads in the media and people foolishly eat it up.

The way to beat Denver seems obvious. Teams have to be physical. They have to get pressure on Manning. If he gets pressured he throws lame ducks. The Rams beat the Broncos up on Sunday. Hopefully the rest of the league took notice.

Yet Brady is. Sure the stats are close (Manning with a slight edge), but when it comes to crunch time ( win/loss) Brady blows Manning out of the water. The only thing there is Manning has a sizeable lead in going one and done. And I don't think that's a good thing.

The difference for the Pats is they have two corners who can play physical with them. That gets them off their routes and ruins the timing for Manning. Not gonna win all the battles but if you can win enough, especially in the redzone, they are fairly easy to handle.
