This is absolutely true. Broncos haven't been the same since they got tamed.

How in the world do you come to this conclusion? Manning had a better quarterback rating, yards per attempt, and threw two more touchdowns while throwing no picks compared to Brady's one. Throw in Manning was playing from behind the whole game meaning it is harder to pass in those situations. This might make my most homeristic posts of the year lists for somebody to even come close to saying this

Brady also played vs the number 1 defense.

If the roles were reversed we'd be hearing about GOAT this and GOAT that.

the oline has just been a mess these past few weeks

2 rookies and 2 bums.

If Brady had an OL that atrocious he'd be at the Beverly Hills house with his wife.

Why don't you fire up your Manning stats calculator and compare Peyton's pre-Pats stats with his Post Pats stats. Then you'd realize that rmilia's absolutely spot on with this observation.

I must be missing something. The blatant Peyton Manning troll I get and yeah the Broncos have the worst OL in football not in Jacksonville, but your knob-slobbing of the Pats is just plain amateurish, rmilia.

We all expect better trolling from you.
No we don't.

Get ahold of yourself, Homer. :L You're so insecure about Peyton that you're defending an rmilia troll thread?

Wow. :L

I think there was a difference in Defense that they were playing against.

And I am 100% sure you would make the same argument, along with tossing in some other foolish nonsense.

Troll thread sure....just more reality-based than yours.

The Denver Broncos have not recovered yet from the beatdown that tossed them off the top of the hill.

Broncos haven't played consistently well all year. It's hard to say exactly why. For example, exactly why has NE played so well since the beatdown they took at KC several weeks ago? Gronk getting healthy is a big reason, but I don't think it's the only reason.

Glad the Denver run game got going today. Need to continue to build on that. Also need to figure out how better to defend mobile QBs. They've shown the ability to do it effectively for parts of games, but not entire games.

This argument will never be settled and the past will never go away. Just be glad you have a good team.

Nothing to settle. Broncs were the best team in football going into Gillette Stadium and haven't sniffed a number one ranking since. OP might be trolling but it's a slam dunk.

No one besides Pats fans even hinted at the Broncos being the best team in the league, and we all know full well why they were doing it. :rolleyes2:

From pre-season til today, the Pats have been the top-rated offense in the league. They're so good they can win despite Tom Brady.

So Miami's pass defense isn't ranked ahead of Detroit?

Detroit is the 23rd ranked pass defense in the league.

And somehow Brady STILL managed to toss it to them right on the numbers. :L

Manning shines with a 135.4 rating while leading his team to victory with 4 TDs against one of the best defenses in the league.

Meanwhile, Brady looks pedestrian against one of the worst defenses in the league.
