Word out of Philly is that Lavy has 10-15 games to save his job...

Yeah, not just 0-3 but also scoring 1 goal per game with all that offensive talent. I think Laviolette is a good coach, but every coach has a shelf life. I guess Laviolette's shelf life is up.

Not exactly the smartest fans. Flyers have front office problems. Devils? Thats a coaching problem.

It's been 3 years

He wasn't terrible for those 3 years. I mean, I can't really say much about the fans wanting him gone, because I now I wanted Bylsma gone in a very reactionary way. I just think that if they were planning on firing him a few games into this season, they should've done it in the offseason. Why not give a new coach a camp to get things going? Also: the brunt of the blame has to be with Holmgren. He didn't really give Lavy much to work with.
