Might actually inspire him because he'll need the money if he loses in court.

It would be great if we can get Cox to play at a high level which I think if he's head is right the coaches can but right now he's the 4th or 5th guy on the depth chart so it's really an all win and no lose situation for the team anyways.

Well I agree his contract is team friendly I am rooting for the kid to turn his situation around

I think he'll be found guilty in civil court (the aborted kid had his DNA) so worst case it will hit his wallet big time.

The thing that's hard to judge is how much he's making. If he's cut, which history shows is more than possible in his case, what do you do?
Tie him to future earnings or to his past job on the street. Either way, if his act is turned around, he'll make more money in the future to fatten his wallet.
