The Penn State lineman -- on both sides -- are quite damn good, too.

If you paired Penn State's DL with Notre Dame's back seven, I think you'd have a defense that could compete at the next level. Really impressed by how the Irish linebackers and secondary rallies and tackles. If the officials ever actually called holding against Carter, Penn State might've pitched a shutout in this game. Those are usually drive-killing penalties.

Sad part is Allar couldn't even do that right. It wasn't going to score, but on the last cross the field lateral, Singleton was all alone with 3 linemen out in front of him and Allar chunks it into the stands
