On another positive note, sounds like Whitehead is visiting PSU the weekend before he decides for our game. Supposed to be at another game earlier as well.
Does he have a date set for his decision?

Just read that Wimbush confirmed that Stanford is no longer an option, and he's 100% PSU
Yo, saw some smoke about Wimbush and Stanford. I don't know the whole story but knew you all had an active page so figured I would pass it along. It was on 247, but I don't remember the author. Maybe Simmons?
Sorry if this is old news. I didn't read through the whole thread.
Marcus Lewis decomitted from Florida today. I believe he's visited PSU before and holds an offer, a lot of our guys from the DMV are friends with him, so I wouldn't be surprised if he starts getting some interest from the staff. Definitely a name to watch

Just read that Minkah Fitzpatrick has been following coaches and commits on Twitter and that there may be some smoke there. Would he huge
Basketball news:
Penn State men's basketball and head coach Patrick Chambers have landed a big one.
Class of '16 power forward Joe Hampton from Oak Hill Academy in DC area has made his verbal commitment to the Nittany Lions. The 6-foot-7, 247 pound junior is a Rivals.com four-star prospect ranked No. 60 in the country for the Class of 2016.
Highly skilled inside and out, Hampton becomes the most highly-rated recruit to commit to the Nittany Lions during the rankings era.
Chambers is on fire. Had a top 10 2015 class and on way to a top 10 2016 class. Hopefully he gets extended and can see it through with these high end players
It appears we have made DeBerry's top 8 schools. What are the chances we can land him over VT, VA, Texas A&M, Tennessee, Oklahoma, OSU, or Bama?
We definitely have a chance. A couple of our guys are friends with him and are recruiting him hard. I believe one if his parents also went to Penn State so he definitely has some ties.
That would be the biggest recruit for Franklin so far. Any decision date for him?
Probably the biggest for this class so far, I think Simmons for 2016 is probably bigger. And I don't think he has a date set, but I'd imagine it won't be for a while, he's probably going to take all his officials.
