Multiple sources reporting he's signed a 1-2 year deal with the Browns today.

Bowie and Bailey could see more playing time on the right side forsure now. But also think Seahawks going with some RT/RG picks in the draft is going to happen.

That makes the experience each of those guys got last year very valuable. They won't be coming into this season untested. I figured the Hawks would draft at least a couple offensive linemen this year anyway and this only increases that chance. It'll make for some interesting competitions in training camp and preseason. A blocking tight end might also be worth picking up in the draft just to give them the option of an extra big body in there for some passing plays. McQuistan was serviceable, but the Hawks can do better than serviceable and will need to do better so that Wilson doesn't take the beating he took in 2013.

PMQ was horrible at OT but was a serviceable OG last year.
Let's face the facts: The OL played much better last year when Breno and PaulM played in their proper positions than when Bowie and Baily were thrown in. The OL remains the weak link on this team and needs to be addressed.

Paul McQuistan was a replacement level guard at best, a disaster at tackle at his worst.

The departures of McQuistan and Giacomini were predictable as they were both replacement level players with experience on a Superbowl winning team, therefore driving up their value.

The main thing we lose with McQuistan and Giacomini is experience. Hopefully the Seahawks nail the offensive line in the draft this year and bring in some vets to compete (sort of how they did with Giacomini and McQuistan).

Well, they need to do something.

I hope that Bowie and/or Bailey step it up but I don't have a huge amount of faith in them yet.
